The operation specification of ventilation pipe should be strictly observed:

高速運(yùn)行時(shí)，風(fēng)機(jī)和管道應(yīng)安裝穩(wěn)定。嚴(yán)禁安裝在室外。該場地需要配備消防設(shè)備。啟動(dòng)前進(jìn)行檢查，確保通風(fēng)機(jī)與管道的連接符合要求，運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)，包括電流過載繼電器保護(hù)裝置在內(nèi)的電氣元件在啟動(dòng)前已完成。

During high-speed operation, the fan and pipeline shall be installed stably. Installation outdoors is strictly prohibited. The site needs to be equipped with fire fighting equipment. Check before starting to ensure that the connection between the fan and the pipe meets the requirements and runs smoothly. The electrical components including the current overload relay protection device have been completed before starting.

風(fēng)管接頭應(yīng)嚴(yán)格。不同直徑的風(fēng)管不得混用。其出風(fēng)口應(yīng)距工作面6-10米。該裝置不得妨礙行人和車輛通行。架空安裝時(shí)，支點(diǎn)和懸掛應(yīng)牢固可靠。應(yīng)注意防止隧 道工作面附近的管道爆 破。

The air duct joint shall be strictly sealed. Air ducts of different diameters shall not be mixed. The air outlet should be 6-10m away from the working face. The device shall not obstruct the passage of pedestrians and vehicles. During overhead installation, the fulcrum and suspension shall be firm and reliable. Attention should be paid to prevent pipe blasting near tunnel working face.

運(yùn)行期間不允許進(jìn)行維護(hù)，只能在從風(fēng)道返回的空氣消失后進(jìn)行。在運(yùn)行過程中，當(dāng)電機(jī)溫度上升到要求以上時(shí)，應(yīng)停止電機(jī)冷 卻。

Maintenance is not allowed during operation, only after the return air from the air duct disappears. During operation, when the motor temperature rises above the requirements, the motor cooling should be stopped.
