通風管道加工安裝要符合的規(guī)定：
Requirements for processing and installation of ventilation pipes:
(1)管道風機采用減震吊架安裝時，風機與減震吊架連接緊密，牢固可靠;采用支拖架安裝時，風機與減震器及支架、托架連接緊密，穩(wěn)固可靠。
(1) When the pipeline fan is installed with the shock absorption hanger, the fan and the shock absorption hanger are closely connected, firm and reliable; when the support trailer is used for installation, the fan and the shock absorber, support and bracket are closely connected, firm and reliable.
(2)離心風機與減震臺座接觸緊密，螺栓擰緊，并有防松裝置。

(3)通風管道廠家告訴大家風機試運轉(zhuǎn)時，葉輪旋轉(zhuǎn)方向正確，經(jīng)不少于2H運轉(zhuǎn)后，滑動軸承溫升不超過35度，盡量溫度不超過70度;滾動軸承溫升不超過40度，盡量溫度不超過80度。
(3) The ventilation duct manufacturer told us that during the trial operation of the fan, the rotation direction of the impeller is correct. After running for no less than 2 hours, the temperature rise of the sliding bearing should not exceed 35 degrees, and the temperature should not exceed 70 degrees as far as possible; the temperature rise of the rolling bearing should not exceed 40 degrees, and the temperature should not exceed 80 degrees as far as possible.
當前普遍存在的問題是成品通風道燃燒性能和耐火極限未經(jīng)有關部門檢測，山東通風管道加工且部分通風道材料的燃燒性能、管壁厚度不符合要求。
At present, the common problems are that the combustion performance and fire resistance of the finished ventilation duct have not been tested by the relevant national departments, and the processing of Shandong ventilation duct, and the combustion performance and wall thickness of some ventilation duct materials do not meet the requirements.
1、風機、空調(diào)機組、風機盤等設備的支、吊架設計要求設置隔振器，其品種、規(guī)格應符合設計及產(chǎn)品技術文件要求。
1. The supports and hangers of fans, air conditioning units, fan panels and other equipment shall be designed with vibration isolators, and their varieties and specifications shall meet the requirements of design and product technical documents.
2、風管垂直安裝，間距不應大于4m，單根直管少應有2個固定點。
2. The air duct shall be installed vertically, the spacing shall not be more than 4m, and a single straight pipe shall have at least two fixed points.
3、吊架的螺孔應采用機械加工，吊桿應平直，螺紋完整、光潔。

4、長度超過20m的水平懸吊風管，在山東通風管道時少設置1個防晃支架。

5、支吊架不宜設置在風口、閥門、檢查門及自控機構(gòu)處，離風口或插接管的距離不宜小于200mm。
